How to Find Your Answer Quickly
Most questions fall into one of four buckets, and it saves time to know which one you are in before you contact support.
- Money that has not arrived. Start with the withdrawal timeline on the payments page. A request sits in review for up to 24 hours, then e-wallets take 1–2 working days and debit cards up to 5. A first withdrawal also waits on ID and address checks.
- A bonus that looks smaller than expected. The match is 50%, not 100%, and older reviews still quote an offer Wild24 no longer runs. The bonuses guide walks through the numbers.
- An account you cannot get into. Password resets, locked accounts and verification holds are on the login page.
- Playing more than you meant to. Go straight to the responsible gambling guide. Deposit limits and time-outs take effect immediately when you lower or start them.
If none of that covers it, Wild24's help section is the next stop. Keep your username and the date of the transaction ready; it cuts the back-and-forth.
What Changed: Before and Now
A lot of what you read about Wild24 elsewhere is out of date, partly because the offer changed and partly because UK rules did. This is what applies now.
| Topic | Before | Now |
|---|---|---|
| Welcome offer | 100% up to £200 + 20 free spins (older banners and reviews) | 50% up to £100 + 50 free spins on Big Bass Splash |
| Bonus wagering | No legal cap; 35x to 65x was common at UK sites | Capped at 10x by the Gambling Commission from 19 January 2026; Wild24 uses 10x |
| Slot stakes | No per-spin limit online | £5 per spin for players aged 25+ (from 9 April 2025), £2 for 18–24 (from 21 May 2025) |
| Credit cards | Accepted by some UK sites | Banned for gambling since 14 April 2020 |
| Funding for treatment | Voluntary donations by operators | Statutory levy from 6 April 2025: 1.1% of gross gambling yield for online casinos |

Wild24 FAQ
Who owns Wild24?
Wild24 is run by Jumpman Gaming Limited, which holds UK Gambling Commission account 39175 for remote casino and bingo. Players outside Great Britain are covered by the Alderney Gambling Control Commission. The brand launched in February 2022.
Is Wild24 safe to play at?
It is licensed in Great Britain, so it has to verify your age and identity, keep player funds separate, offer limits and self-exclusion, and take part in GAMSTOP. You can check the licence yourself on the Gambling Commission register.
What is the minimum deposit?
£10 by debit card, PayPal, Skrill, Neteller or Paysafecard. Pay by Mobile starts at £5 but adds a £2.50 carrier charge. More on the minimum deposit page.
How long do withdrawals take?
Up to 24 hours in review, then 1–2 working days for PayPal, Skrill and Neteller or up to 5 working days for debit cards. Every withdrawal carries a £2.50 fee.
What is the welcome offer?
50% up to £100 plus 50 free spins on Big Bass Splash, from a £10 deposit, with 10x wagering on the bonus.
Do I need a bonus code?
No. The welcome offer is added under its terms when you make a qualifying deposit.
Is there a Wild24 app?
There is no separate app to download. The site runs in the browser on phones and tablets, and you can save it to your home screen.
Can I play games for free?
UK rules require age verification before any free-play version, so you need a verified account first. After that, some slots offer a demo mode.
How do I set a limit or take a break?
Deposit limits, time-outs and self-exclusion are in the account settings. The responsible gambling guide explains which one to use when.
Does Wild24 sell lottery tickets?
No. Wild24 offers casino games and bingo. National Lottery tickets are sold by Allwyn; our lottery guide compares the draws.
Are my winnings taxed?
No. Gambling winnings are not taxed for players in the UK, whether they come from a slot, bingo or the lottery.
Can I have more than one account?
No. It is one account per person, and a second one is usually closed once the checks link it to the first, along with any bonus on it. If you have forgotten an old login, recover it from the login page rather than signing up again.
What happens at my first withdrawal?
Wild24 asks for proof of ID and proof of address if the checks at sign-up did not cover them, and sometimes a photo of the card or a screenshot of the e-wallet you deposited with. Upload clear, full-page photos and the review usually goes through in one go.
Why was my deposit declined?
The usual reasons are a gambling block switched on in your banking app, a card that is not a debit card, a deposit limit you have already reached, or checks on the account that are not finished. The cashier message normally says which one.
What games can I play?
Slots make up most of the lobby, alongside bingo, table games and live dealer tables from studios such as NetEnt, Pragmatic Play, Games Global and Playtech. The games guide covers the categories.
